There is no cheats for that game, there is "bots" but if you attempt to use those in that game, you will be permanently banned.

There are no cheats, Jagex has stated several times that there are no cheats, though there are some glitches you might be able to take advantage of, though Jagex will come down pretty hard if they catch you (perm-ban, mute etc)

well i hate to burst everyone's bubbles, but fact is that there are no cheats for runescape period. The message of the week that appears when you log in has been changed to say just that as well.
In addition, if you use an auto program or any sort of cheat for that matter you are very likely to be banned, as in your account will be erased from the game entirely. And seeing as your character is only lvl 12, i wouldn't reccomend it. In fact i wouldn't ever reccomend using auto programs or cheats of any sort.
Jagex has stated numerous times that they will punish you severely for such a sever infringement upon the rules they have set up, its macroing. if you need a better explanation please read the rules and regulations that Jagex has set up.
And on a final note. To all who are currently using auto programs and cheats: Stop ruining the game for us honest players, and stop risking your accounts by using those programs and cheats.

If you are asking about Runescape published by Jagex ltd. the mmorpg, there are absolutely no cheats. Of the few things you could do that would be considered cheating, they will all get you banned from the game, and possibly sued by jagex.
So, to answer the question, you can't find cheats for runescape.
